A storm of historic proportions is expected to hit the major metropolitan cities of the East Coast this weekend including Richmond, DC, Philadelphia, New York, and Boston. Towns and ports alike are gearing up for the storm, which is expected to deliver up to 24 inches of snow in some areas.
