CBMA Extended!

Today the Senate passed the one-year extension of the Craft Beverage Modernization and Tax Reform Act (CBMTRA)! The provision, which was part of a bigger tax plan, passed with a 71-23 vote. This is a huge victory for the local alcohol beverage producers as it prevents the federal excise tax from significantly increasing. 

The President will now sign this bill into law, and we will keep you updated on when that takes place.
