Declaring your shipment is easy!

The program is simple to use! We ask that you complete this declaration form each month by filling in the easy to follow formula already set up in the spreadsheet. Return the completed online form or email your declaration to our Marine Insurance department. We will invoice you based on your declared values and ask that you remit payment within 30 days of receipt. If you have zero shipments in the month you only need to contact us via email to declare zero in writing (no form necessary).
