Hurricane Laura Port Updates

We continue to track weather conditions in the Gulf in relation to transport and operational delays. Currently, Hurricane Laura is forecasted to bring major hurricane conditions over the Gulf tonight, crossing Texas and Louisiana by tomorrow, and turning inland by Thursday. 

Due to this weather system, the ports of Houston and New Orleans have announced closures to ensure the safety of their personnel and operating partners. 

Port of Houston: Currently port condition X-Ray, with expectation of port closure Tuesday, August 25, end of day, to remain until Thursday, August 27th, weather depending.

Port of New Orleans: Currently port condition ZULU, with all port operations closed until threat of the storm has passed.
