Port Status Update

As the winter storm continues to make its way up the East Coast, it brings with it heavy snow accumulation and blizzard-like conditions. New York and New Jersey were hit with record-breaking amounts of snow and continue to struggle with its removal. Travel continues to be difficult and ill-advised. Ports have again announced limited or ceased vessel operation hours for today, and updates can be found below:

NY/NJ: Due to inclement weather, all terminals and depots closed today, 2/2.

Baltimore: Due to the winter storm, the Seagirt Marine Terminal main gate will open at 7:00 AM and close at 4:45 PM on Tuesday, February 2^nd. The New Vale gate will remain closed.  

Boston: Conley Terminal will open at 10:00am for outside truckers Tuesday, February 2nd. 

We will continue to keep tabs on the storm and provide updates as needed. With the storm closures and already congested ports, this could cause increased delays for shipments coming in and out of ports, specifically NY/NJ.
