South Africa Strike Update

As we reported last week, the labor union strike in South Africa is now in full swing across ports and transport hubs. This disruption of rail and port services is expected to hinder exports of some of the country's key commodities, which could put the economy under strain. Negotiations will continue today in an effort to reach a satisfactory pay increase for labor employees.
