End to Trucker Strike in Chile

After days of back and forth negotiations between the Chilean government and the trucker unions, Chilean Vice President of the National Freight Transport Confederation just confirmed that an agreement has finally been reached, thus ending the strike. 

Starting at 3:00pm today, the truckers ceased the protest demonstration and cargo has begun to move freely once again. While it may take some additional days to catch up from the congestion caused by this strike, we hope that normal functioning will improve within the next week.
